Flower Seed's Grown Local With Love.
To explain how this whole thing got started I wanted to grow a vegetable garden have enough fresh veggies to feed the family, friend, neighbors and the starving children around the world. I know this will shock all of you but, it did not quite turn out that way. Then as I was sitting there feeling sorry for myself and thinking poor me, I just happened to take a real long look around me and I could not believe my eyes my vegetable's were nothing to write home about but, my flowers were amazing. My Marigolds were over five feet tall, My Zennias were everywhere and in the most beautiful array of colors, deep reds, dark orange, pinks so pale the were almost white thats just a few of the variety they were growing in, not to mention the sunflowers were also over five feet and beautiful. There are way to many different varieties to name them all and the colors to amazing to describe with word's. Then it came to me, Ok if I can not have the vegetable garden I had dreamed of that was ok, because I got a flower garden I never even thought about that was the most beautiful I had personally ever seen. Thats how Donna's Dam Seed's was born. My wonderful husband Scott came up with the cute name. We live less then 1/2 mile from Shasta Dam hence the name.
